• Jules Brown is born to Emmett Brown and Clara Clayton Brown. Assuming that Clara and Doc waited until their honeymoon (December 15, 1885) to consumate their relationship, Jules would not have been born until at least September.
• In the animated series episcde Go Fly a Kite, Clara mentions that she travelled to "McGregor's Market in 1886" in order to buy the maize that she serves at dinner in 1991.
