Babs

Babs was Lorraine's dark-haired friend in 1955. She let Lorraine borrow her sister's car which allowed her to follow Marty McFly to Doc's garage.^[1] On November 12, she and Lorraine went shopping at Ruth's Frock Shop for dresses before the Enchantment Under the Sea dance and was present at the encounter between Lorraine and Biff Tannen in the street afterward.

Babs was portrayed by actress Lisa Freeman in the first film. She reprised the role for the second film.

"Babs" is generally considered a dimunitive of the name "Barbara"
