County Asylum

The County Asylum was an institution in Hill County.
On November 5, 1955, Otis Peabody reported an alien that crashed into his barn, however was deemed insane and was carted off to the asylum. Within the alternate reality that Biff Tannen created, on May 22, 1983, Doc Brown was declared legally insane and was sent to an asylum, which in that timeline was a ward (specifically "Mental Ward B") in the Hill Valley Hospital.
