Delgado Mine

The Delgado Mine was a mine located on Boot Hill, next to Boot Hill Cemetery. It was where Doc Brown hid the DeLorean Time Machine for 70 years, with instructions to Marty and his younger self on how to restore it.
In 1955, Marty and Doc discovered the time machine behind a wall with Doc's initials on it. They discovered a murky and dark room with the Delorean shrouded in a cloth. While analyzing the parts that failed when it was struck by lightning, Doc claimed that the problem is the source of the part: Japan, to which Marty said that all the best stuff was made in Japan (at least in 1985).
