Department of Social Services

The Department of Social Services was a government agency of the State of California, and had offices statewide, including in Hill Valley in 1985. Their offices had been placed inside the Hill Valley Courthouse sometime between 1955 and 1985. The grassy lot in front of the courthouse had been converted into parking spaces for the department.
