Female president

In 2015, there was a female president of the United States. In the newspaper for October 21, she told the media that she was tired of answering their questions. Accordingly, she would have had to been elected in 2012 assuming it was a normal election.

• As of 2009, the only woman mentioned as a possible candidate for the presidency was former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin. Hillary Clinton, who had run for the Democratic nomination in 2008 and would be appointed by President Obama as the Secretary of State, was not viewed as likely to challenge Obama in his 2012 bid for re-election.
