Two jacuzzi girls were present in Biff Tannen's jacuzzi on the 27th floor of the Pleasure Paradise, along with Biff himself, during the wee hours of the morning of October 27, 1985A. They were probably showgirls from the casino nightclub downstairs.^[1]

The women were happily watching A Fistful of Dollars with Biff, until they were startled by Marty McFly switching off the movie and confronting Biff. The women were visibly confused when Marty mentioned Gray's Sports Almanac, and presumably dismissed from the room by Biff shortly thereafter.
