Levi was one of three old-timers that frequented the Palace Saloon in 1885. He wore a derby hat.

Levi was portrayed by Dub Taylor. He is referred to in the credits as "Saloon Old-Timer #1".

His reference to the "dead Chinee" may have been to the events of the previous day in real history, September 2, 1885, when, in Rock Springs, Wyoming, 150 white miners attacked and killed their Chinese co-workers. ^[1]
